Welcome to FrameFlow ("we", "our", "the Service"), available at getframeflow.app. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
FrameFlow provides video templates, an After Effects / Premiere Pro plugin, and AI-powered generation tools (images, video, voiceover, sound effects) on a credit basis.
You must provide a valid email address and verify it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared beyond the limits of your plan.
Paid plans (Pro, Studio) and credit packs are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles checkout, billing, taxes and payment data. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
AI generations consume credits. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
Contributors apply for an account, are reviewed by our team, and grant FrameFlow a license to distribute their approved templates to subscribers. Contributor payout terms are agreed separately.
You may not use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt the Service, or to circumvent plan limits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
